Monitoring & Rebooting

Controlling a virtual server is generally a hard procedure. You either have to do the job on your own , in other words commit your valuable time to watching over your server, or else you need to deploy a 3rd–party tool whose sole responsibility will be to monitor your VPS server. And this is precisely where our Optional Admin Services solution can help you out. With it, your VPS server will be included in our custom–developed server monitoring software system, which will keep an eye on all the key services. And in case of a service crash, our skilled sysadmins will be warned right away and they will fix the trouble ASAP.

Weekly Backups

Having a backup of your hosted content is highly recommended – you never know when something would go wrong. And using our Optional Admin Services option, you will take advantage of every week backups of your whole VPS, not only of your content, without you being required to set up or configure anything. And all the backups will be stored on a server with multiple RAID–configured hard disk drives. This means that your hosted content will always be safe, twenty–four–seven.

Installation & Troubleshooting

Whilst a Virtual Private Server gives you a virtually endless set of options, you will often have to install additional software programs. And this is where our Installation & Troubleshooting service can comes in real handy. It is an integral part of our Optional Admin Services package, which entitles you to demand any of our senior system administrators to install and set up any software program and to solve any problem that you’re experiencing with the VPS.

Our Optional Admin Services solution is bundled with most of our OpenVZ VPS Hosting Plans. It is an extra for the KVM VPS Hosting Plans.
